The movers were on time and completed the move week within the time allocated. They were friendly and took great care of our furniture, including our baby grand piano. Some wires didn't make it to our house but they quickly found them and came to make sure everything worked before they left.

There are moving companies and then there is THE moving company….the most reliable, the most professional, the most caring. This Side Up Moving Company of Huntsville, AL is THE best moving company I have ever seen! From the most kind and professional movers (ours were Steele, Kalai, and Justin) to the most friendly office staff to the manager (who visited during the move just to be sure we were happy with how it was all going), it was the best moving experience we have ever had! And the condition of our furniture once the move was completed…..NOT ONE SCRATCH! I highly recommend this company and, again, Steele, Kalai, and Justin…..the best we have ever seen!

This side up moving came out and gave an estimate and moved us within our needed timeline. The person who gave the estimate and the movers were professional, communicated well and with respect and sincerity, and provided excellent service as contracted. All pieces of furniture well handled with ultimate care and placed in the areas that the needed to go. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone a most efficient, timely move. Dependable!

I could not have had a better moving experience! Jay and Zac were the best! They drove from Huntsville, AL to Shippensburg, Pa through hurricane Debby. This moving company was great. I was 2 weeks away from my move and I was starting to get worried because the few other places I had reached out to were not getting back with me. I got lucky and seen one of the This Side Up Moving trucks on my way to work. When I called, they answered right away. They helped work up a quote and sent it to me, called me back shortly after to check in to make sure I received it. I was able to call back in a few hours to book and pay my deposit. The morning of the move Heath Wooten and Mr. Steele gave me a call to let me know they were on their way. They were very polite and got everything done very quickly, while also being careful with my things and wrapping everything. If they weren't sure about something, they made sure to ask first instead of assumed. They got everything unloaded at the house and storage unit in decent time. They answered any of my questions and just all in all made this move a lot easier and gave me piece of mind that my furniture was In good hands. I will definitely be using this company in any future moves I have.

I was extremely nervous to go through my move with a moving company, especially within a week’s notice. I would like to shout out Ashley because she was really nice and professional on the first phone call and she was very helpful when I had to call her back for any questions I had. I would like to give an even bigger shout out to my two moving guys Anthony Anderson and AJ. They were professional, prompt, on time and very friendly. They took extremely good care of my items to and from and nothing was damaged. My move included 3rd floor walk up to 1st floor across town + junk removal and they did an amazing job.Overall, I had a very good experience with this moving company. Pricing was reasonably fair. I highly recommend and would use this company again in the future!

This is a professional organization with excellent leadership and culture. I had them pack, load, store and load out for our final destination. From beginning to end expectations were exceeded. Our furniture was protected and made the journeys without damage. The original load up and the subsequent load out to my U-Haul was done so efficiently with conscientious and hardworking crews focused on getting it done correctly. I am much obliged to the teams working for this company.

Jeff and Jay were so great! They helped my mom move furniture around from multiple rooms, as well as bring furniture in from a garage. Very friendly and efficient. Took care to protect all the furniture as it was being moved, as some of the prices were family antiques. Would recommend and will use them again if the future for any moving needs.

I very highly recommend This Side Up!!! Booking the move was much, much easier than some of the other companies I contacted for quotes! They did a fabulous job moving our furniture out of the house and into storage! Awesome job arranging things in the storage room to make everything fit! This Side Up Moving workers did an exceptional service of efficiently loading by Will, Frederick and Alvin my home contents. They were each one respectful, considerate, thoughtful and expertly packed the truck. Frederick and Alvin both helped me in loading other items into my van. They were all a great help!With off loading; Alvin, Clay and Noah transported the packed truck and safely emptied it's contents in the various rooms. They were also considerate, thoughtful and respectful in this task and often asking for best location to place furniture and some boxes.No damage to furniture as the loaders policy is to blanket and plastic wrap for protection.I would absolutely recommend TSU!

I was so pleased with the quality move from AJ & Daniel. They had to disassemble them reassemble a 300 lb treadmill! They were meticulous and thoughtful when moving my items and placed everything neatly in each room.They also work very well together. I am truly thankful.
