This moving company was great. I was 2 weeks away from my move and I was starting to get worried because the few other places I had reached out to were not getting back with me. I got lucky and seen one of the This Side Up Moving trucks on my way to work. When I called, they answered right away. They helped work up a quote and sent it to me, called me back shortly after to check in to make sure I received it. I was able to call back in a few hours to book and pay my deposit. The morning of the move Heath Wooten and Mr. Steele gave me a call to let me know they were on their way. They were very polite and got everything done very quickly, while also being careful with my things and wrapping everything. If they weren't sure about something, they made sure to ask first instead of assumed. They got everything unloaded at the house and storage unit in decent time. They answered any of my questions and just all in all made this move a lot easier and gave me piece of mind that my furniture was In good hands. I will definitely be using this company in any future moves I have.

I was extremely nervous to go through my move with a moving company, especially within a week’s notice. I would like to shout out Ashley because she was really nice and professional on the first phone call and she was very helpful when I had to call her back for any questions I had. I would like to give an even bigger shout out to my two moving guys Anthony Anderson and AJ. They were professional, prompt, on time and very friendly. They took extremely good care of my items to and from and nothing was damaged. My move included 3rd floor walk up to 1st floor across town + junk removal and they did an amazing job.Overall, I had a very good experience with this moving company. Pricing was reasonably fair. I highly recommend and would use this company again in the future!

This is a professional organization with excellent leadership and culture. I had them pack, load, store and load out for our final destination. From beginning to end expectations were exceeded. Our furniture was protected and made the journeys without damage. The original load up and the subsequent load out to my U-Haul was done so efficiently with conscientious and hardworking crews focused on getting it done correctly. I am much obliged to the teams working for this company.

Jeff and Jay were so great! They helped my mom move furniture around from multiple rooms, as well as bring furniture in from a garage. Very friendly and efficient. Took care to protect all the furniture as it was being moved, as some of the prices were family antiques. Would recommend and will use them again if the future for any moving needs.

They did a fabulous job moving our furniture out of the house and into storage! Awesome job arranging things in the storage room to make everything fit! This Side Up Moving workers did an exceptional service of efficiently loading by Will, Frederick and Alvin my home contents. They were each one respectful, considerate, thoughtful and expertly packed the truck. Frederick and Alvin both helped me in loading other items into my van. They were all a great help!With off loading; Alvin, Clay and Noah transported the packed truck and safely emptied it's contents in the various rooms. They were also considerate, thoughtful and respectful in this task and often asking for best location to place furniture and some boxes.No damage to furniture as the loaders policy is to blanket and plastic wrap for protection.I would absolutely recommend TSU!

I was so pleased with the quality move from AJ & Daniel. They had to disassemble them reassemble a 300 lb treadmill! They were meticulous and thoughtful when moving my items and placed everything neatly in each room.They also work very well together. I am truly thankful.

We had a great experience with This Side Up moving our home goods from our last house to our new home just 8 miles away! Will, Aaron & AJ were the best! They were motivated to get to work after going through the house and taking me and my wife about what was going and what was not! A lot of the planning had already been established after talking to Kim in the office, but Will wanted to confirm that and that was very much appreciated! They first identified the things that were larger, such as the couch, dressers, beds and TV’s that were going on the truck and covered them with padded blankets and secured them with elastic bands and had a plan to start with those larger things and then as they went place some of the smaller boxes around and on top of those larger items to fill in the gaps as best they could and they did a fantastic job with loading everything carefully and efficiently! They even decided to push forward when it was close to taking a break just to get it done and then get over to the new house to unload everything! It seemed that the unload process went faster than the loading and with very minimal obstacles, they were done with unloading our furniture and boxed items where we needed them to go (garage, bedroom, office, kitchen, etc.) and all without any major damage to the walls, flooring or other points of contact throughout the house, which we were very happy with! Overall, I feel they did an excellent job and deserve to be rewarded for their professionalism, courtesy and attitudes to get the job done and done without incident! Thanks Will, Aaron & AJ for the hard work you demonstrated and I know This Side Up Moving must be proud to have you as representatives of their company for all that you do for them and we couldn’t have asked for a better crew than those 3 guys! If we ever have to move again we will most definitely be using This Side Up again and for anyone of our friends who are thinking about moving we will recommend them to use This Side Up! Thanks for a great moving experience!

Jeff and AJ were awesome to work with. They were very friendly, treated our belongings as they were their own, and moved our stuff without any damage and in a timely manner. Their company was easy to work with as well. The only thing I would say is they should send the moving paperwork to their customers prior to moving, as the paper work added another 10 minutes to the time they took to move. Jeff and AJ were awesome though!!
