These guys were great! Jason, Anthony, Brandon, and one other young man (I forgot his name, sorry bro) worked quickly and efficiently with zero complaints. And no damage to anything moved! Kim was also incredibly helpful with getting an estimate and scheduling the move. I'm not sure what else you could want from a moving company.One weird thing though, I got asked for a tip while paying digitally with my card. I'm not sure that's a normal thing for a moving business to be doing. Obviously that has nothing to do with the crew though.

Just had a positive experience with This Side Up Moving, Huntsville, AL. Moving is stressful however from start to finish this move went off without any problems. After communicating with several local companies I made the decision to go with This Side Up largely in part to my initial communication with Kim N. On the day of the move Jonathan G. and Zack F. showed up on time and worked until the job was finished. They were very professional, and respectful of my property from start to finish. We recently moved to a new house in town and hired This Side Up Moving which turned out to be the best decision! They exceeded our expectations! Zak Steele, Zack F., and Antonio were prompt, professional, friendly, thorough, gentle with our belongings, and just overall fantastic! The movers arrived as scheduled and began carefully wrapping all items that took special care. They went above and beyond, assisting me if I needed help. I cannot say enough about Jonathan, Daniel, Kanoa and Matthew, they worked continuously and were always pleasant and professional. From loading at my former home to unloading at my new home, it was an 11 hour day for them with only a half hour for lunch. I am originally from the West Coast and have moved 6 times in 10 years to various west coast states and I have not had movers that were as competent as these gentlemen from This Side Up Moving. I highly recommend this company for any moving needs an individual may have!

I was very pleased with our movers- Antonio, Jonathan, and Matt. They wrapped everything very well and were careful with all our furniture. They worked very hard and didn’t even take a lunch break. They were very professional, and it was obvious that they were well trained on how to move furniture. They loaded all our things on October 22nd. Anytime I had any questions, they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a satisfactory manner. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move and are concerned about the care of their furniture.Jonathan and Zac also were two of the movers who unloaded our furniture at our new home on October 23rd. Again, I was pleased with everything they did. However, I was not as pleased with the third person who helped with the unloading. His name was Zac. I thought he was a little rougher with the furniture than a Jonathan and Matt. If I had it to do over again, I would not have tipped him as much as the other two- if at all. He was also not as friendly as Jonathan and Matt, nor as respectful. While I am pleased overall with our moving experience, I would not recommend Zac and would ask that he not be one they send if I ever have to move again.

The movers were on time and completed the move week within the time allocated. They were friendly and took great care of our furniture, including our baby grand piano. Some wires didn't make it to our house but they quickly found them and came to make sure everything worked before they left.

There are moving companies and then there is THE moving company….the most reliable, the most professional, the most caring. This Side Up Moving Company of Huntsville, AL is THE best moving company I have ever seen! From the most kind and professional movers (ours were Steele, Kalai, and Justin) to the most friendly office staff to the manager (who visited during the move just to be sure we were happy with how it was all going), it was the best moving experience we have ever had! And the condition of our furniture once the move was completed…..NOT ONE SCRATCH! I highly recommend this company and, again, Steele, Kalai, and Justin…..the best we have ever seen!

This moving company was great. I was 2 weeks away from my move and I was starting to get worried because the few other places I had reached out to were not getting back with me. I got lucky and seen one of the This Side Up Moving trucks on my way to work. When I called, they answered right away. They helped work up a quote and sent it to me, called me back shortly after to check in to make sure I received it. I was able to call back in a few hours to book and pay my deposit. The morning of the move Heath Wooten and Mr. Steele gave me a call to let me know they were on their way. They were very polite and got everything done very quickly, while also being careful with my things and wrapping everything. If they weren't sure about something, they made sure to ask first instead of assumed. They got everything unloaded at the house and storage unit in decent time. They answered any of my questions and just all in all made this move a lot easier and gave me piece of mind that my furniture was In good hands. I will definitely be using this company in any future moves I have.

I was extremely nervous to go through my move with a moving company, especially within a week’s notice. I would like to shout out Ashley because she was really nice and professional on the first phone call and she was very helpful when I had to call her back for any questions I had. I would like to give an even bigger shout out to my two moving guys Anthony Anderson and AJ. They were professional, prompt, on time and very friendly. They took extremely good care of my items to and from and nothing was damaged. My move included 3rd floor walk up to 1st floor across town + junk removal and they did an amazing job.Overall, I had a very good experience with this moving company. Pricing was reasonably fair. I highly recommend and would use this company again in the future!

This is a professional organization with excellent leadership and culture. I had them pack, load, store and load out for our final destination. From beginning to end expectations were exceeded. Our furniture was protected and made the journeys without damage. The original load up and the subsequent load out to my U-Haul was done so efficiently with conscientious and hardworking crews focused on getting it done correctly.
