This Side Up Moving is amazing! Very professional and communicate well throughout the entire process. This is the second time I’ve used them. The first was a cross-country move from Texas when they helped me packed and relocate to Alabama. This time was moving that same load from a storage unit. Everything was packed well and not a single item broken throughout the entire process, which is near impossible when relocating with such a long move. Jonathan, Kona, and Tyler were amazing and super helpful! I would recommend This Side Up to anyone looking for a successful, worry-free move. They’ve also helped my family members move on multiple occasions, all without any issues.

Best moving experience we have ever had. Daniel and Ethan from this This Side Up were fast, efficient, and pleasant. It was amazing the pace they worked throughout the day. The BEST moving experience!!! Initially, I was concerned because I had a very steep, narrow driveway. I was assured they would be able to handle it and they sure did! The team arrived prepared and energetic and immediately put my mind at ease! They got right to work and moved way faster than I could have imagined. They carefully wrapped the furniture very well. I didn't find a scratch on anything. Everything made it to the new place and was placed in the right room. They also took care not to scratch floors or walls. They finished faster than expected and came in under the original estimate. 100% would recommend and use again!!!!!! Thank you!!!!!

I was blown away with how respectful the workers were with my items and also how efficient they were with their time. Impressed! Kobe, Matt and Anderson showed up right on time with positive attitudes.(that is rare these days) I was quoted a certain amount for a certain number of hours and they beat that time by two hours. They worked quickly and efficiently. I watched how they handled our HomeGoods and they were gentle and very careful with our items. Nothing was broken and they were extremely professional. I would highly recommend this company and moving crew to anyone moving.

These guys were great! Jason, Anthony, Brandon, and one other young man (I forgot his name, sorry bro) worked quickly and efficiently with zero complaints. And no damage to anything moved! Kim was also incredibly helpful with getting an estimate and scheduling the move. I'm not sure what else you could want from a moving company.One weird thing though, I got asked for a tip while paying digitally with my card. I'm not sure that's a normal thing for a moving business to be doing. Obviously that has nothing to do with the crew though.

Just had a positive experience with This Side Up Moving, Huntsville, AL. Moving is stressful however from start to finish this move went off without any problems. After communicating with several local companies I made the decision to go with This Side Up largely in part to my initial communication with Kim N. On the day of the move Jonathan G. and Zack F. showed up on time and worked until the job was finished. They were very professional, and respectful of my property from start to finish. The movers arrived as scheduled and began carefully wrapping all items that took special care. They went above and beyond, assisting me if I needed help. I cannot say enough about Jonathan, Daniel, Kanoa and Matthew, they worked continuously and were always pleasant and professional. From loading at my former home to unloading at my new home, it was an 11 hour day for them with only a half hour for lunch. I am originally from the West Coast and have moved 6 times in 10 years to various west coast states and I have not had movers that were as competent as these gentlemen from This Side Up Moving. I highly recommend this company for any moving needs an individual may have!

I was very pleased with our movers- Antonio, Jonathan, and Matt. They wrapped everything very well and were careful with all our furniture. They worked very hard and didn’t even take a lunch break. They were very professional, and it was obvious that they were well trained on how to move furniture. They loaded all our things on October 22nd. Anytime I had any questions, they were very knowledgeable and answered all my questions in a satisfactory manner. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to move and are concerned about the care of their furniture.Jonathan and Zac also were two of the movers who unloaded our furniture at our new home on October 23rd. Again, I was pleased with everything they did. However, I was not as pleased with the third person who helped with the unloading. His name was Zac. I thought he was a little rougher with the furniture than a Jonathan and Matt. If I had it to do over again, I would not have tipped him as much as the other two- if at all. He was also not as friendly as Jonathan and Matt, nor as respectful. While I am pleased overall with our moving experience, I would not recommend Zac and would ask that he not be one they send if I ever have to move again.
